Email Routing is the tenant's operational mapping layer. It connects a live Original Queue to optional Review Queue, SPAM Queue, and SPAM table objects. Those mappings are tenant-scoped and are validated before GenEmails relies on them.
| Dependency layer | Owner | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| GenEmails Access Control | Tenant admin | Controls whether the role can see or invoke routing features. |
| Mapping Health | Tenant routing configuration | Controls whether the selected routing objects are valid and operational. |
| Genesys Permissions | Genesys admin | Controls whether the signed-in user can execute the actual queue or table action. |
Mapping health cannot grant a role-denied feature. Access Control cannot make an invalid mapping operational. Genesys permissions remain authoritative for every live API write.
