The Licensing page shows the tenant's current license state and the registered organization users known to GenEmails. It also shows active seat usage and lets tenant administrators intervene when a seat must be recovered.
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| License header | Shows license key status, license type, total licenses, activation date, and masked key prefix. |
| User table | Shows current organization users, their GenEmails role, status, and last seen details. |
| Session actions | Let an admin disconnect a user session or unlicense a user when operational recovery is required. |
Action icons
| Icon action | Meaning | Operational effect |
|---|---|---|
| Disconnect session | Ends the current browser session for the selected user. | Used to recover a seat, end an abandoned session, or immediately force a tenant user out of GenEmails. The client is expected to receive the session-ended signal and show a modal explaining that the session ended by admin. |
| Unlicense user | Forces logout and removes the user's licensing row from the tenant database. | Used when a user should no longer consume a GenEmails license. Administrators should also remove the related GenEmails role from the user's Genesys account. |
The admin console remains the source of truth for generated tenant license keys. After a successful validation or key refresh, the tenant's database record should be updated to keep the stored key aligned with the designated tenant key.
