The Logs page is the tenant and administrative audit trail. It records operational actions, configuration changes, routing validation outcomes, licensing events, session events, and problem conditions such as connection failures or license-limit denials.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | When GenEmails recorded the event, normalized to the configured display format. |
| Tenant ID | The tenant context associated with the event. This is important in a multi-tenant deployment. |
| User | The signed-in GenEmails or tenant user associated with the action, when known. |
| Category | The broad functional area that produced the entry, such as licensing, connection, routing, or mailbox actions. |
| Action | The specific event that occurred. |
| Summary | A concise human-readable explanation of what happened. |
| Details | Extra troubleshooting context such as queue, organization, connection status, or error text. |
Typical issues captured here include Genesys test connection failures, missing queue or table objects during mapping validation, license count exceeded, user session ended by admin, required tenant metadata not found, or a user denied access because the tenant is expired or suspended.
