How SPAM tables are selected
The Spam Management division dropdown is not built from all Genesys divisions and is not built from every Data Table ending in _SPAM. GenEmails reads enabled Review Queue mappings, keeps mappings with a configured SPAM Table, validates mapping health, and shows only divisions whose mapped SPAM Table is healthy and tied to an Original Queue or SPAM Queue the signed-in user can actually access.
In practice, the visible SPAM tables depend on the user's queue and division access. If the user cannot see the mapped queue in Genesys, the related division and SPAM table do not appear in Spam Management even if the mapping exists and the table itself is healthy. The displayed division is the division of the mapped SPAM Table, not simply the Original Queue division. A table such as ClientA_Email_SPAM appears only if an enabled GenEmails mapping points to that table, the table is healthy, and the mapping is connected to queues visible to the signed-in user. If Strict Mapping is enabled and the Original Queue is in another division, the table is unhealthy and the division is excluded. To intentionally use a cross-division table, disable Strict Mapping on that mapping.
