Configuration Backup / Import / Export
Backup exports GenEmails configuration, not live email data and not secrets. The export can include Review Queue mappings, connection profile metadata, runtime settings, and Access Control.

Import should be dry-run validated before apply. When Genesys object validation is enabled, GenEmails checks referenced queues where possible. After restore, run Mapping Validation so cross-division or missing objects are visible before administrators rely on the mappings.
