Mailbox handling settings control how quickly the browser refreshes live mailbox data and how aggressively client sessions are polled or recovered.

| Transfers to ACD Queue | Controls whether Move to ACD Queue and Transfer to Another Queue require at least one eligible on-queue agent before GenEmails sends the conversation to the target queue. |
| Status check interval | Controls how often the browser checks for admin-forced session changes, license-seat changes, or similar tenant session updates. |
| Idle logout after | Defines how long an inactive browser can stay open before GenEmails forces logout and recovers the license seat. |
Lower values give more immediate synchronization but increase client polling. Higher values reduce noise but delay seat recovery and admin-forced disconnect visibility.
