The Admin Console is the tenant administration workspace. It is separate from Mailbox Management and is intended for tenant setup, diagnostics, policy control, licensing administration, and support operations. Every tenant-facing section here should operate against the authenticated tenant context, not against another organization's data.

| Application Settings | Controls write-back, debug behavior, mailbox refresh, and backup or restore operations. |
